GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
Our free classes provide fellowship, fun, and Parkinson-specific exercise, Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:30 to 11:30 AM, at St. Mark United Methodist Church, at the intersection of Washington Rd and Woodbine Rd in Augusta.

AQUATIC EXERCISE CLASSES

THERAPEUTIC GOLF
Marty Turcios Therapeutic Golf provides free therapeutic recreation to anyone with a disability, using the latest high-tech equipment, at Wedges & Woods Driving Range, 3731 Wrightsboro Road in Augusta.
