September 22 Meeting - Amy Hane

Please join us on Tuesday, September 22^nd at 6 PM in the Georgia Room at Brandon Wilde, when special guest, Amy Hane, MSW, LMSW, C-ASWCM, Founder and Owner of Long Term Liaisons, will speak about making plans for Parkinson’s families as the disease progresses. Amy received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Social Work degrees from USC and has worked for many years in the field of long-term health care, assisted living communities, nursing homes, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and the VA. Please bring a covered potluck dish if you are able. We will provide BBQ chicken and beverages. We hope to see you there!
