May Meeting - Claudia Collins Aquatics

Please join us on Tuesday, May 24th at 6 pm, in-person at our new location, in the Georgia Room at Brandon Wilde, or live on Zoom and Facebook Live. Claudia Collins, Director of Adapted Aquatics at the Wilson Family Y, will present and lead discussion about the unique benefits of aquatic exercise and the opportunities available here in the CSRA. The Y’s Adapted Aquatics Program offers a 50-minute group class designed specifically for people affected by Multiple Sclerosis or Parkinson’s disease, held at “Katie’s Pool,” a 33 by 60-foot heated shallow- and deep-water therapy pool with a wheelchair ramp.
