March 24th Meeting - Calvin Murray

Please join us on Tuesday, March 24^th at 6 pm, in the Georgia Room at Brandon Wilde, for a potluck supper and special guest speaker, Calvin Murray, Owner of Egoscue of Atlanta, which has a center in Augusta, offering individualized exercise therapy to address the root causes of pain. In the Parkinson’s journey, many struggle with muscle stiffness, known as rigidity, which affects movement, posture, and alignment, often causing pain. Calvin will introduce the Egoscue Method and share how it could benefit you. Please bring a covered potluck dish if you are able. We will provide chicken strips and beverages. Hope to see you there!
