August 25 Meeting - Going Home Panel Discussion

Please join us on Tuesday, August 25^th at 6 pm, in the Georgia Room at Brandon Wilde, for a potluck supper and a special panel discussion on “Leaving the Hospital and Going Home.” Often, Parkinson’s families find it difficult to plan for leaving the hospital or rehab facility and arranging rehabilitation and care at home. Our panel will include Wilva Baldwin of the Area Agency on Aging, Graham Lee of Home Instead, and Rod Barrie of Comfort Keepers. They will share their experience and knowledge about planning hospital discharge, making the necessary arrangements, and navigating home care options. Please bring a covered potluck dish if you are able. We will provide BBQ chicken and beverages. We hope you'll join the conversation!
